Not received my PF amount pending from 4 years

Dear Sir / Madam

First time company submitted my claim in the year 2005. But their was no response.

After i was transfered to another branch of the same company with a new PF account. I was not able to follow with the PF office at that time. I resined to my jobin the year Dec. I applied for PF for both the accounts. Bangalore account PF AMount i received. But my Pondicheery account is not settled yet.

They are asking some forms to be submited. Everytime i will send the claim form with requested letter or form. They will reject my claim and send with a new request.

Kindly i request you to clear my pf account and credit to my bank account. As i am running with financial crunch.
