Non delivery of speed post document urgent

Sir i hane despached my dd regarding for the addmission in hyderabad, but the speed post instead of reaching the target have placed some where else ..its urgent and the last date is 14th of march. my speed post details are EW012760817IN ..PLEASE HELP
