Dear sir i am devendra kumar gupta tel. no. is 011-29964268 booked an internet connection before 10 days after that time your customer excutive brief me about plans and modem then i ask to him that is there any speed diffrence between normal modem and wi fi modem. but he told me that their is no speed diffrence between both so i booked the connection with wi fi modem. but when i used the internet then i faced speed problam in wifi modem always when i connect wifi modem that time i recived 54.0 mbps speed but when i connect lan wire into my modem that time i recived 100.0 mbps speed these both speed comes on same distance of modem and pc . regarding that i called to your customer care at 1500 approx. 3:35 pm on 30-aug and i request to your excutive that i am facing this kind of problam in my internet connection so tell me why should i pay 800 rs one time with 75 rs per month for my wi fi modem when i have to use that with lan wire as if for normal modem you charge 300 one time and 50rs per month.then she transfer my call to her supervisior but he told me that if you will request for normal modem then you will have to pay500 rs extra except 800 rs of wifi modem then i ask him that why should i pay two times for one modem and when i will use normal modem then i will pay for only normal modem but he told me than you just take your accont officer no from 197 trhey can do something for you i can registerd your complint after that i took two no from 197 one is 26953839 and 26235918 i tried this no so many time in that time perioud but nobody pick up the phone after that i took the no of sr. officer of mtnl from your website then i called to mr. Sh. B.L.
