Cash Payers driving in Tag Lane

Despite repeated efforts, many commuters who do not have Smart tags in their vehicles get into the Tag lane which causes a lot of discomfort to people who have made the extra effort to pay DS Constructions for a smoother ride. There are a few suggestions as well to make sure this does not happen:

1) Make registration for Smart Tag easier and more accessible

2) Rename Tag Lane as "Speed Lane" and charge double price from those who pay cash instead of Smart Tag. This would also help people in emergency to be able to move through the Tollgate faster if they do not have Smart Tag

3) Remove cash collectors from the Smart Tag lane. This would ensure that non-Smart Tag vehicles cannot get through the Tag lane... Although this will cause chaos for a week but it will surely clear the mess soon

4) Put the Tag readers (sensors) 200 metres before the tollgate so that vehicles with only tags can enter the lane...

The issue is that there is no implementation of the rule because of which non rule followershave started feeling that it is their right to get into the Smart Tag Lane
