We had registered for a house maid with the agency on 25-03- 2011 Registration No- 05567 under Name Yogesh V. Dhanji. We had been informed then that in a budget of Rs. 3000 a maid will be provided for 12 hours to look after my daughter who is 5 months old. I waited for 1 week, they was not a single call from the agency. I was very impressed with the courteousy showed by Mr. Raj & Mr. Shrivastav regarding the concerned they have about their clients, they informed me that since you need the maid to look after your newborn baby you need a good hygenic and well groomed maid so they requested me to raise the budget to Rs. 4000 to 4500, which was convincing for me and i agreed to it.. The reply is we still are searching. On 11-04 they send a maid along with their executive to our house. My wife took her interview, told her all the details of work, compensation was fixed, acknowledgement (signature) was taken and was told that she will join from thursday i.e. 14-04. The maid did not turned up nor did she called nor the agency was bothered about it. Another week went past, no follow up no call from agency, but a daily call from me to Mr. Raj, Mr. Shrivastav. One more maid was sent on 18-04. Again the same old story, interview, fixing of compensation, acknowledgement (signature) and she also did not come. We made repetitive calls, but no response, Mr. Raj told that with Rs. 4000 as a compensation it is difficult. If it is possible for your to raise it to Rs. 5000 he will provide a good maid who resides in Borivali only who will join from tomorrow, since i was getting difficult for me to i agreed for it. On 19-04 again a maid was sent, again interview, again compensation fixing, again acknowledgement and she also did not turned up.
I am convinced that agency is incompetent and incapable of providing such services. I would further like to add that the answering machine of this agency which says that leading recruitment agency International and National. Forget it they are not even Local. For the past One month of following for a housemaid which is not been provided, further i had been promised i will get a maid for Rs. 3000/- which the registration form mentions where as the executives have taken the charges upto Rs. 5000/-. This a fraudelent act on behalf of the company. On request for cancellation and refund of money, there is no response from the company.
It is sheer harrasment of innocent consumers
