Conductor Misbehave

My name Virender. My Complaint against Bus Conducter who have no sence to talk with commuters, today 16-march i board the DTC bus from DWARKA MORE metro station around 7:30 PM, registration No: DL 1P B6139, (not noticed the route but that bus goes to JHATIKARA GAON and LTD. bus service)

The conductor was using abusing language and raise his hand over me, i just want to know what he think of himself, he is govt employee, he has no right to fight with commuters even with the students.

i gave him 5 coins to purchase the tickets, suddenly he shouted on me and raise his hand to hit me, in meanwhile i already gave him 100 Rs note to purchase 10 Rs ticket, (ticket No. 25626 /// 329) without noticeing that i already giving him to purchase a tickets he used abusing langauge and also raise his hand to hit me.

Now, I want to Know what action would DTC taken to that Bus Conductor.

the incidence was happend on 7:30 PM on DWARAK MORE metro station on date 16- march.

I board the bus and give him 5 Rs coin for purchasing ticket, suddenly the bust conductor shouted me and free his hand to hit me, without any reason may he thought that i am not going to purchase ticket but before

ducter was abusing to passengerand help a pocket mar.

I told the Bus Conducter that "why are you abusing? " then he threaten me. The Bus Conducter is 45-50 age having "Chaap" beard. I don't know his name.

Now, I want to Know what action shoud DTC taken to that Bus Conductor.
