Dont buy BIG TV connection if you have any plan to opt DTH connection. We are suffering a lot with this service and very very very very very very very very very very very poorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr customer care serivice. Initially setup box software was not update properly and we had to follow up with them to rectify this issue for more than 10 days. After that when we try to recharge the channels the amount are not getting added into our account and still we are follwoing up with them. Our phone bill costs are raised (keep on calling other customer care no not toll free) more than what we have in recharge coupon..:-(
