Non receipt of payment

Dear sir,

i am holding a share trading a/c DYNAMIC EQUITIES PVT. LTD vide SEBI Reg. No: INB231071839, Trading Member Code : 10718 and my Dp a/c with icici bank limited. Few shares were transfered from my dp a/c to trading a/c without my knowledge as my signed dp book was lying with the sub broker from last 1 and half years.

while asking the sub broker i was told that out of the 5 scripts transfered he had sold three scripts worth Rs 45630/- on 13/08 in Settlement No: N150 for which he will remit the payment.

while other two scirpts he will transfer back to my demat a/c.

but till today he have not paid me single rupee and when i ask him about payment he assure me that he will pay in 1-2 days.

so i request you to help me out in the matter as i m in urgent need of funds.
