Society AGM Not Held

Hi My Name is Calesh Jagtiani I reside in Neel Gagan CHS in Vasai East Gokhivera. The present Managing Commitee has not held the AGM for the last two financial years and is also not looking into the up keep of the society. Monthly maintanance is being collected regularly. The commitee has not filed the M20 form also. Please let me know what action can be taken on the current commitee. Can a emergency meeting be called and the current commitee be disolved.
