Sending wrong bill

Date - 20.3.09

Dear sir,

I have purchased one no electronics material which amount is Rs4000/- only dated on end of January 09'. During the free credit time period 52days I have paid all the payment Rs4000/- and there is no any due payment. Why you have send a bill due payment Rs 624.39. So I can not to pay this wrong payment bill, also several time I have tried to contact your office but there is no any response.

Please look into this matter and do the needful action otherwise this cards will be cancelled
