Easy bill (hero group venture)
Telephone bill fraud

This is extremely stressfull to say that we have experinced a fraud at easy bill authorized outlet "Radha STD centre", manakpura, shidipura (karol bagh).

We have deposited telephone bill for february, Bill no 2069542539, dated 8 march and due date as 29 march. Bill amount Rs 1807.

We deposited the bill alongwith Rs 1870 in cash on 19 march. The reciept of the same is there with us in the dealer's own writing.

The bill is still unpaid and our telephone is discontinued due to same, and the dealer is simply telling that he had forwarded the bill to easy bill and its their fault.

I just want an explanation that where our bill is and what has happened to the money we paid to them.
