Harrasement by Easy Bill Ltd

I had deposited my Electricity Bill (Amount 704/-) of month Oct. through Easy Bill Ltd (A Hero Group Company) on 10/11 by their Authorized Agent (Tara Electricals, Agent code SA0000002776). But the same amount reflected again in next Bill (as previous due amount). Then I contacted to Agent (Tara Electricals) about this matter, he showed helplessness & suggested to make contact to Easy Bill Customer Care. I have called customer care many times but they did not tell me about the status of my billed amount 704/-. I have also checked my account ledger in Electricity Deptt. But no amount deposited in. I am continuously being harassed by Easy Bill Ltd as well as Agent.
