Internet connection not working

This is in regard to the plug to serve internet connection that i have bought from Tata Indicom -9278716686 .

It was working for three days when i was purhase it but now it is not working (connection problem). I have already talked to TATA PHOTON Costomer care but none hearing me. I request to take immediate action.
