Not received Final Tax Certificate for Year 2008 for Home Loan to file the IT Return & provisional certificate for Year 2009.

I have not received any Final Tax Certificate for Home Loan for filing IT Return for the year 2008. This year also I have not received it till today. The Bank's site doesn't provide the link for IT Certificate or query for that matter. I am unable to file IT return without this. I request you to take-up the matter seriously & try to send two year's statements as quick as possible. I am ready to pay the charges for these statements.
