This is regarding my Income Tax return for the period of Financial Year 2009. I was working at e-Cosmos India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore for the period of Jan to Mar. They have deducted the tax amount from my salary approximately Rs.15, 000 for the above said period. I have requested them many times for my FORM-16 and I did'nt receive any proper reply for the same. Also they have not provided any salary slip sofar except for the month of January. Iam planning to submit my IT Returns through you as earliest as possible. I request you to kindly give me your valuable suggestions to receive my FORM-16 from my previous employer.
