Worst food and very high Charges

Hi

This is with reference to my recent visit to ECR Dhaba at ECR road Chennai. I was served with worst quality food the dal they server it was 2 days old and stinking. After lot of complaint also it could not be replaced since they didn't had it .and the other north indian food was also very bad in taste. But if you talk about charges it was very high for that bad food. If you charge high for good food no one mind. Can I take action against them.
