I was supposed to receive a letter which was my appointment letter before 7th of July
it was posted by the concerned department on the 1st of July and it took the callous speed post staff to deliver it to me on the 8th of July
does it take so long to reach a letter from Delhi to Noida via speed post
this is so irresponsible
a person could have delivered this letter to me in a single day even if he had walked from Delhi to NOIDA
