Dear Officer,
This is with reference to complain no we have registered on 21st august. The problem for which the complain had been registered has not been resolved till date.
The problem was of Internet connectivity.By conversation with technical department the problem has been resolved halfly. In addition to it as per there instruction by changing the static IP our network printer problem has occurred through which a lot of problem has been faced by us. We have to contact the customer care daily to resolve the problem but there is no response from your side.
Also the internet connectivity gets down every hour.
Kindly resolve this problem at earliest
