RO system is not working

Dear Sir,

Please note that we have a RO system (MODEL Name is F-18-E) of Company named Fuel Pure and

Cool (Edge India Equipment Pvt. Ltd.). In a warranty periode we have log the complaint of not

working.but till date no respose. we have contacted to their New Delhi Office (604, Suneja Tower-

2, Distt, Centre, Janak Puri PH 011-41589471 but we came to know that this office is now closed. we

have again contacted to their Simla office (B-199, Sector 3, Phase -2, New Simla 171009.(H.P.). PH

0177-2672201) but no response.

Please help us.
