Plz dont attend the aircent process through the edistla software institue, since it will give the conditional offer, u pay 50000 and take testing course for 2 months, then only they give the offer letter, its not over after finish the course you may take up the another test conducted by aircent company, (it ill not told by the institue), after you clear the test only they give offer letter, if you wont clear the final interview process you will get the offer letter and also the amount you paid (this information told my friend who is currently working in aircent company banglore.
