I cannot check my passport status

I have applied passpord feb at tuticorin collector office.

i done my police verification. but i cannot check my passport status. this problem is not for me, who are all applied in tuticorin collector office. No one cannot check the online passport status from tuticorin dist who are all applied in tuticorin collector office.
