I called for 2 days regular to delhi-1 and delhi-2 regional centre of ignou to enquire about the last date of submission of form.but nobody pick the phone, i am very frustrated in the starting enquiry.i waste my 2 days, i think in delhi also this is a very bad condition of education.i think there is no command or regulatory to find the quality of education.i feel very very bad about ignou management.
