Again and again sending amount due bill

I had sbi card no 4317 5750 3618 1965, last year i have cleared all dues and i have sent back sbi card (cutted) to delhi sbi office address by requesting to cancell my sbi card . so i request u to not to send due bill agin and again .please solve this problem
