Delay edu loan & required bribe

Dear sir/ madam

i request to Branch Manager State Bank of India Fatehabad for edu loan. But Branch Manager not any response for my edu loan. My college demand of fees three or four time from me but my father is not able to payement of my fees. I am student of B.Tech 3rd Semester. So, I humble request to you please support in my favour to Branch Manager Fatehabad (Haryana ) & oblige. other than my future is nil.
