My Education loan No.91389838 was already cleared on 07 Nov 08 personnaly at your Safdarjung Branch Delhi to Manish Suri. My whole property chain valuable documents held with your branch still not delivered and handed over to me, and as per your notifacation NOC also will be delivered to me on my home address within 30 Days of clearence of loan but I am sorry to say that after so many visits to branch to banch of HDFC, still I am not in position to get my things done -my documents position also not tracebale to me. It shows that how efficient and professional your taem are? No one understand the difficulties and problems of a customer who is seeking loan -before and after loan procedures. Can I ask one question here why this harssment takes place after declearing so many facilities provided in papers only.
