Incomplete Delivery

I bought eEnglish course from India Today Book Club and payment was made through Credit Card with IVRS. After a month the ordered parcel was despatched to pay Cash on delivery basis. After making complain to India Today Book Club, i was told that i should refuse the parcel and new parcel would be sent to me. After that a new parcel sent to me which was incomplete (two CDs were missed). I requested India today book club to sent those cd. But India Today executives requested me to return the parcel and again new parcel would be sent to me.

But i am not geeting any solution from India today book clube, I returned back the parcel on 29/10 through Speed post but they are saying that the parcel is not yet reached.
