I would like to raise the problem of very poorly regulated Voltage in the RadheyShyam park area of sahibabad area. The situation is so worse that at day time the phase voltage is around 200-210 Volts and during night time (from 10pm to around 8 am) the voltage fluctuates between 200V to as low as 80Volts.
As this low voltage, our devices are either getting damaged or are getting tripped, rendering them useless.
Almost all families of the area are forced to use an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) but that is getting us sleepless nights because the AVR keeps on chattering every few seconds throughout the night time. Also, keeping the AVR constantly in line has inflated out monthly electricity bills manifolds (eq, my last month bill was 4000 Rs).
I request EEUDD -IV to take our complaint very seriously and provide us a reliable and consistent power system.
