I have raised a request for change of my icici internet banking password aginst SR No: SR77940280 on 30-Aug.
As per customer care tey have despatched my passwords through Elbee courier on 01-Sep vide way bill no : 298580936.
This courier people is giving falls contact phone numbers in net & false status of our courier tracking in their website http://www.elbee.in/faqs.htm
In this site they have updated my courier details as despatched on 02-Sep but where as i have not received it. Even i am not able to contact them because of their useless phone numbers.
Kinldy take necessary action on them and tell them to provide working phone numbers and accurate courier tracking details in internet and mail address for compaining about them/knowing status of our courier.
