Daar concern,

4 months before I have submitted my Photo & Form for Election card. but not yet received.

I visited in Dist court in elction card section in Nagpur on 13.04. 11 AM. Nobody was present there to attend my complaint. one helpline number was written on the board 07126464833. I tried that number arount 100 times but nobody lift the phone. Pls help.
