Issuing illegale election i card

I live in uttam nagar new delhi i want to inform u that my neighbour mrs shila jacob given fake rent agreement for issuing i cards in name of vidit pant & his wife & vikram thakre alias paul these three not live in given permises i.e wz a / 175 hastsal road, uttam nagar, new delhi- 110059 & not the tenant over there.

there r only 3 members in that house 1- shila jacob 2- jhon jacob 3- reena jacob & in this bldg. there r 6 flats but nobady in name of vidit pant his wife & vikram thakre alias paul lives there. blo officer of this area is mrs chauan who herself lives in uttam nagar only.

pl take serious action asap
