VOTER ID CARD NOT RECEIVED

I have applied for Voter ID card on dt. 05/04 directly to my BLO (AC - 59, VISHWAS NAGAR) with EPIC No.: TLE1595818, but have not received the Voter ID Card as yet. Request you to have the same arranged at the earliest.
