With reference to the Conumer No. 000025190891, this has been observed that wrong bills for electricity were made for last 3-4 months. We have installed Electronic Meter & we can see new readings in this meter. Meter is working properly. But bills show readings as RNA. Electricity Board is charging bills as per their choice & our house is vacant since last 4 months. The person who comes to take reading is not bothered about taking correct reading.
We have already submitted written compliant in last month but still no response from Electricity Board.
