Washer motor under guarentee not being repaired

We purchased electrolox washing machine in 2005.now in june there is some problem with washer motor .inspite of repeated phone calls to customer care there is no positive response or proper executive coming to repair the problem..although the washer motor is under 5 year warrenty period please help
