Electrolux washing machine
MAKING LOT OF NOISE/NOT WORKING

I have got Electrolux front loading washing machine model no EW1045. I am staying in Hydreabad.

It is making big noise immediately after switcing on. I approached local servicing center for repair.

Service engineer has visited and said a SPRING holding the washing drum had broken and the same need to be replaced. Now almost 6 weeks passed, inspite of my repeated requests the spring has not been replaced. Always I am getting a standard reply saying that they had ordered for the Spring and will be receving shortly.
