Debit card activation

Hi,

My name is Chaya. Have got a instant corporate account with HDFC, i got it about 10 days back, enclosed with my debit card. My salary for the month of May has been credited to my account, and at the ATM i am able to see the balance but when i opt for cash withdrawal it shows me error. Can anyone please help me and say whats wrong and resolve the same!!!?
