Elena Vlasova
Receipiant has not received letters

I mail a regulat from Indianapolis 7 weeks ago and them aginon February 23 I mailed a First Class letter to Ms Vlasova in Moscow, Russia. She has not received either of these two letters and I can not trace either one of them. The last letter left New York by on February 26, that is even slow for US mail. Can you give me an update.
