We are running the company since 8 years and having turnover is nearly 2 crore per annum. Recently we opened the current account in SBI ISRO LAYOUT BRANCH on 02.06.2009. we opened the account in your branch because of convenient to making the payment to excise duty, TDS, income tax and fund transfer. We thought that SBI is the good bank for all these transactions.

But the tragedy is till now we are not able to do all these transactions because, we are not getting the transaction ID for net banking. We got the reply from your branch staff that it is a new branch and it is not possible to make all these transactions.

Then we realized that what is the use of transacting with your branch.

Now we seriously thinking about some other bank.

We are awaiting your positive reply and we hope immediately we can do all these transaction with your branch.
