Dear sir,
I used to work as a Relationship Executive with "Elite Stock Management Ltd" from 26th June to 24th Sept.2008. At the time of my joining, the Human Resource Manager of this company decided my salary as Rs.10750. The net salary in my hand was Rs.9500. The company used to deduct Rs.583 per month as 'Exgratia' from my salary (and remaining deduction was of PF). The H.R. Manager, at the time of joining told me that whenever I leave the company after completing one year of job, the whole amount of 'Exgratia' would be paid to me. But now company denies to pay me this amount stating that this is not the amount of 'Exgratia' and is bonus, which I could get only after completing one financial year. Though, this amount is mentioned in my offer document as 'Exgratia', still company is not paying anything to me. Please tell me that what should I do in this scenario to get my money back. Am I eligible to file a complaint against the company in Consumer Forum and if yes then what is the procedure for that.
Please give your advise as soon as possible.
Thank you.
with best regards
