I am a resident of E-49, SECTOR-21, NOIDA01.My consumer No: 8457.I tried to contact my Gas agency Ella Gas of Greater Noida for last four days but failed. The telephone Numbers for the gas agency are 0120-3222219, 2462219, 6473319 .However, all the times the telephones are switch off. Earlier also, similar incidents happened.
Kindly take appropriate action against this. Meanwhile, kindly arrange to send one gas cylinder to my residence today as I am facing lot off hardship due to non responsive behavior of the agency.
Also please arrange toChange my Gas agency immediately with a new one at NOIDA.
