Sir,

I had submitted my claim form on 9th Oct.2009 of which I have received the acknowledgement copy along with stamp of E-Meditek Solutions ltd. with a date of 9 october saying documentss received but the contents not verified. After this I spoke to Mr. Rahul of E-Meditek Solutions ltd, who told me that my calim of Rs.217409/- out of Rs.268105=95 of which I had submitted the bills of the Hospital & Medicines but I have till now not received my claim due of Rs.217409/- passed by E-Meditek Solutions ltd. I had also called the Help Line Number of E-Meditek Solutions ltd. where one of representative told me that your cheque has already been passed from our side and we have sent it to Bombay office when I called over there on 44666666, they gave me the number of Mr. Madan i.e.28995317/28997841, he told me to speak to Mr. Rahul of E-meditek on 9594083184 with whom I am in touch from last 6 months but no response his answer is that all the D.O. have passed my claim leaving 1 D.O. approval is still pending. Please let me know what I have to do. I am tired calling up the call centre everyday. Please look into the matter urgently. Waiting for your reply.
