PF claim not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had submitted my PF Claim (Membership No. MH/40411/1957) in August through my previous employer Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd. Its been almost 9 months & I have not received my claim yet. I have been following up the Previous employer and PF agent but they have not been giving me any reply. I also tried calling the Malad Kandivli office but nobody answers the phone. I'm in need of that money but both the company & PF office are not paying any attention & taking consumer for granted. Its not a charity they are doing, I worked hard for that money and I have paid from my salary. Request you to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
