Denying for Pass Book Updation

Sir,

I, Rudranarayan Senapati, Working as a Faculty of SOT, KIIT-University, Bhubaneswar want to state few lines against the Allahabad Bank, KIIT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar.

i) As I request the relevant authority of the above Branch of the Bank for my Updation of Pass Book, they denied with very aggressive voice and told to withdraw the money just by asking the total money in my account.

ii) The same relevant authority denied to update my pass book for atleast 7days, though they have their machine working perfectly.

iii) Also said that today (3rd Oct) is closing day & Bank will be closed by 1pm and many employee are expected to come to withdraw money, so they're busy and they wont update the pass book, though I had just entered to bank within 15 minutes of Openning.

iv) It is observed that Maximum Time the behaviour of the Bank to most of its customer is really very Rough as well as very worst.

As I've to produce the last three months Bank Transaction Statement to apply for a Home Loan which is urgent, But due to the above fact am unable to do the same. Due to this reason consulting with my Legal Advisior, very soon I may go to Consumer Court, here in Bhubaneswar.

As a respected person of the society, I finally decided to lime light this to The Higher Bank Authority, which may be helpfull for the customer in future.
