PF Withdraw amount has not reached to my account

Dear Sir

I am Vijay Rakshith worked with Opportune Technologies Pvt. Ltd from May 14th to July 31st 2010 and I have submitted my PF withdrawal form & cancellation Cheque of ICICI Bank along with my colleagues in the month of November to Opportune and they have submitted the same on December 21st 2010 to PF office in Kandivalli, Mumbai but all my colleagues have received the amount from PF office on 1st Week of April excluding me.

Request you to provide me the solution as I am in working in Bangalore and it will be very difficult to do follow-up with Mumbai PF office and my PF number is MH/93619/408.
