PF Withdrawl not done so fa

Dear Sir,

I have submitted (Form 19 & Form 10c) for my PF Withdrawl on through SLK Software Pvt. Ltd, which I have previously worked with.

An acknowledgement from PF office is also received by SLK after submission on 15 September. I have not yet received my PF withdrawl into my citibank account till today. My PF Account is KN/25086/531.

I tried contacting PF office to know my PF withdrawl status, but nobody responds or provides appropriate information. Is there any online system wherein i can check out my PF Withdrawl status.

I appreciate if someone can look into this complaint and really help me out in getting my PF withdrawl amount. Please feel free to contact me at [email protected] if any additional information is required.
