I did not get my EPF

This is in connection with the PF amount as it is not credited to my account and the application for the same was submitted on 20/05. So till August I used to check status on website http://www.epfosurat.com and it was showing the balance is remaining. But now website is showing there is no balance. I also didn’t get any deposit in my bank account.

The details are as mentioned below:

DOB: 23/01/1980

Company: Sahajanand Technology Pvt. Ltd.

EST Code. : GJ/SRT/31974

Employee no.: 481

The Form was filled second time on 20/05. Earlier it was submitted on 30/10. So total two times I submitted form for my provident fund. For assurance I also attached my signed passport copy and my bank account details copy but still I don’t know what doubts was raised and I didn’t know and was not informed why my form rejected or it was rejected or not.

Status till date: No balance found.
