Transfer of PF Pension Accumulations

I Santosh N Kamat had applied for transfer of Provident fund from M/S ATUL LTD TO M/S Solaris ChemTech Industries Ltd, Karwar on Feb. I received an letter from my previous organisation M/S Atul Limited, Vapi that the Provident fund amount was transferred to Asst PF Commissioner, vapi.

The follow-up letters for transfer of PF dtd 20.08.08 and 07.11.08 to Asst Provident fund Commissioner, Vapi under cover of which i had forwarded Form-13A for transfer of PF/FP Accumulations to Hubli, Karnataka. It has been over 12 months since i have applied for transfer of PF/FP and no response received so far.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange for transfer of the same at the

earliest.
