Dear Sir,
I have left Intelenet Global Services in March and had submitted the epf form in march.
I had complained about the epf amount that I did not receive on 3 October however part payment of Rs. 12636/- was credited to my account. I called up the helpline number several times and they informed me that the remaining amount is a pension amount and will be credited in a months time. I waited till January and finally went to the epf office at the below mentioned address:
222 Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Charkop Market, Sector no.3 Kandiwali west
Mumbai 400 067. I was informed to meet a lady on the Ist floor who was very unhelpful and said that I will have to resubmit the form when i asked her the reason she said cannot help me further and I have to re submit the form at Intelenet. The next day i immediately went to Intelenet office and have filled up the form.
Till date I have not received my pension amount and your helpline numbers are so bussy that it is always difficult to contact anyone overthere. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with the service and request you to look into the matter at the earliest.
