Provident Fund not recieved even though it is 3 years

I had worked for ICICI Bank for 2 years till jan. I had recieved a letter (dated: 12-11) from PF office mumbai that a cheque (cheq no: 453567) stating "Withdrawal benefit accumulation" for amount Rs. 8087 drawn at SBI Bank Mumbai main branch has been sent to my salary account (Acc no:004001518073) but as the account was transferred to another ICICI branch (A.S.Rao Nagar Branch - A/C No:024401001851) it got returned.

i had sent letters many times but till not no response from PF office. Kindly send a new cheque to my transferred account (ICICI bank-A.S.Rao Nagar Branch - A/C No:024401001851) or send a DD on my name to my permanent address.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
