I am not received my despeched chequ in last 4 month

Respected Sir,

My self Shekh Mohammed Akhtar

I worked as Sales Manager in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company, Mungeli Distt- Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh)

on 06/08/07 to 31/07/08 . My Employee no. 51406

My PF no. MH/34020/037120 I have applied for refund of my P.F .

My claim has been settled and the details are as under

PF- Amt. Rs.12661/- Ch.no.814217 dispatch dtd.04/03

PF Amt. RS.5712/- Ch. no. 513955 dispatch dtd.27/02

But after 4 month I have not received any cheque in my Bank Account till date

what happens my both cheque? What I WILL Do?

plz give me some way to refund my PF

I have lots of no. to PF office Pune like - (020) 26449150, 26449151

(NO buddy pick the phone), 26449158 (Not reachable), 26402163,

26402142 (all time busy) etc...

I have tried min 20 times daily per no in last 4 months.

So plz sir do some my fever and do any thing for giving my PF.
