Non Payment of pension for Pension a/c HR/2058/3321 (PPO no 5027) since March

With regards to my pension a/c HR/2058/3321 (PPO no 5027) with EPFO Meerut, my pension has not been received since March.

Upon enquiring with bank officials at the branch where I am holding my pension a/c, I further came to know that the life certificate forms for this year have also not been sent. I have also lodged a complaint in the grievance redressal forum of EPFO vide complaint no CEPFO/E/07894 . Till date no action has taken place.

Kindly act on this matter urgently, since I am a housewife and am dependant upon the pension for my sustenance.
